Reward Points on every purchase
Keeping it simple
You will receive 1 reward point per £ you spend with Grandma Loves The Dog.
With your first purchase under this scheme you will receive an additional
100 points courtesy of Grandma to help get you on your way.
Every time you make a purchase you will receive a receipted invoice from us,
which states your reward points for that purchase and the points total to date.
Redeeming your points
100 points = £1.00
Reward points can be redeemed against your next purchase.
1) Go to redeem reward points, complete form and then make your purchase
The reward points value will be refunded to you after your purchase at the full price.
or
2) Ring us on 01835 830273 to place your order and state you wish to redeem your points.
or
3) When placing an order by post, mark the item you are purchasing
‘redeem reward points’ and reduce the amount you are paying by
your reward points value as shown on your last invoice.
Example
You have 2100 reward points
You wish to buy 1 bottle of Serrapet (at £18.95)
Redeem 1895 points as above
Leaving a points total of 205 for future use

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reward points system is automatically applied to any new customer
(or any new purchase by an existing customer after the start of this scheme)
regardless of whether or not you are subscribed to the newsletter.
Please contact us if you do not wish to take part.
You are not required to make further purchases as part of the reward points system.
No minimum purchase is required.
Points can only be redeemed via Grandma Loves The Dog according to the details above, which are subject to change (notified either in writing and/or via the website).
Cash alternatives are not available, unless stated in future communications.
Monthly statements are not sent: advice of your points total appears on each new invoice.
